how does the cancellation process work?
1. Feel free to enquire rates for any destination or hotel and compare these with the rates when booking through other platforms like booking.com or your preferred hotel website.
2. If you confirm the rate, we will book for you. The booking also shows up in your loyalty account.
3. Most rates offer free cancellation. If you would like to cancel, in most cases you can do it yourself through your hotel app.
How does the payment process work?
In most cases, payment will be processed by the hotel upon arrival or check-out. No pre-payment is needed. Most of the times, only a personal and secured credit card guarantee is needed. We will not charge your card; the actual payment will be processed by the hotel. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up without notifying us.
